ORDERING

You place the order by sending me an email. I will answer your inquiry in a couple of days. I inform you about the estimated delivery time.

 

PRICES

 

Prices in the web store are stated in euro (EUR) and include Finnish VAT 24%. Prices don’t include the delivery costs.

 

PAYMENT

The current payment method is a bank transfer. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We deliver internationally. The delivery costs are determined by the weight of your order and destination. I will add the delivery costs to the bill.

Finnish Post Office takes care of the delivery. We use priority shipping for Europe and economy shipping for rest of the world. Shop is not responsible for missing packages.

 

The items in stock will normally be dispatched in 2-5 days from your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days after the order confirmation, excluding Finnish holidays and weekends. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for any possible import customs and taxes.

 

Estimated delivery times :

• Scandinavia and Central-Europe: 2–5 work days

• Rest of the Europe: 3–6 work days

• Rest of the world: 12 or more work days

 

RETURN

 

If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs. Please note that you must document the broken items immediately after opening the package the first time.

 

Return policy does not qualify with commissioned items unless the piece was broken during delivery. Shopwill not compensate for lost packages. Before sending any returns, please contact us by email.

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

 

Customer information is being collected and kept for the sole purpose of efficient order process and delivery of goods to the right address. I do not pass on your information to any third party. LAW & JURIDISCATION

 

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes related to the webshop or to these Terms & Conditions.
